Snow Days - School Closed

The Arctic Blast hit Lawrence on Sunday and it has continued to snow on and off for the past few days. With very cold temperatures and constant snow showers the snow has continued to heap up and the school has remained closed.

These photos, taken at 5pm today, show how much snow is still lying around our school.

The children of room 4 will be terribly sad to have missed the last two days in the classroom - but we are confident that they will reading madly, and visiting learning links from the blog...and we are sure they will be hoping desperately for school to be open tomorrow. (And their parents too!!!).
